Key Responsibilities

The Junior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified delivery drivers who are currently residing in Saudi Arabia. The role involves posting job advertisements across social media platforms, local classifieds, and messaging groups such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Candidates will conduct initial screening interviews, verify candidates’ Iqama and driving license status, and coordinate with the HR and Operations teams to manage Iqama transfers and onboard new hires efficiently. Maintaining a steady pipeline of candidates to meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets is crucial to success in this role.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should hold a transferable Iqama and possess 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience in hiring drivers, riders, or laborers within Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, or Arabic will be considered a significant advantage. Candidates from Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi, or Filipino nationalities are preferred. Strong communication skills, an active presence on social media platforms, and a results-oriented mindset are necessary. Fresh graduates with extensive social networks are also encouraged to apply.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 SAR per month, depending on experience. Additionally, there is an uncapped commission structure that rewards successful recruitment and onboarding of delivery riders. Employees receive employment benefits such as valid Iqama transfer, medical insurance, and all other statutory benefits under Saudi Labor Law.
