A leading logistics company based in Riyadh is looking to hire an experienced Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee and enhance the efficiency of delivery operations. Key Responsibilities
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for directly managing a team of at least 50 Delivery Associates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery processes. Key tasks include monitoring operational performance, resolving issues under pressure, maintaining high service standards, and coordinating efforts to meet company targets.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven hands-on experience working with Amazon Now or similar logistics platforms.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English languages for effective communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and manage schedules.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, high-demand workplace.
- Experience supervising and motivating large teams.

- Valid and transferable Iqama to work legally in Saudi Arabia.
