Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Inventory Controller with 5 to 6 years of experience in managing inventory within supermarkets or convenience stores. This role focuses on overseeing stock movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, and implementing effective waste management procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory operations, including stock movement and replenishment.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to reduce waste and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Implement stock write-off processes in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate records using accounting software and regularly update inventory reports.
- Collaborate with store and warehouse teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 to 6 years of direct inventory control experience in supermarkets or convenience store environments.
- Proficient understanding of inventory movement, stock adjustments, and waste management protocols.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Valid Iqama with the ability to process sponsorship transfer.
- Age below 40 years.
