We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead the development of a prestigious luxury hotel project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale, high-profile construction projects, preferably within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success working with top-tier contractors and delivering exceptional project outcomes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the luxury hotel project from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors to achieve project milestones efficiently.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to guarantee on-time delivery without compromising quality.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and facilitate seamless project execution.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues throughout the project lifecycle.
