Job Overview

SAS Al Balad Company is urgently seeking qualified candidates for several positions based in Riyadh. The company offers accommodation and transportation benefits, with a working schedule of 9 hours daily, including a one-hour break, and one day off per week. Immediate joiners with valid and transferable Iqama are preferred.

Available Positions and Salary Details

• Electrical Technicians (3 vacancies) – Salary: 1500 SAR; Diploma required; English or Arabic language skills preferred
• Home Appliance and Electronics Technicians (3 vacancies) – Salary: 1700 SAR; Diploma required; English or Arabic language skills preferred
• Plumbers (4 vacancies) – Salary: 1500 SAR
• HVAC Technicians (2 vacancies) – Salary: 1600 SAR; Diploma required; English or Arabic speaking candidates preferred
• Painters (2 vacancies) – Salary: 1400 SAR
• Tile Mason (1 vacancy) – Salary: 1400 SAR
• Gypsum Board Installer (1 vacancy) – Salary: 1400 SAR
• Mix Helpers (8 vacancies) – Salary: 900 SAR; English or Arabic language skills preferred

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be expected to perform duties relevant to their trade, adhering to company standards and safety regulations. Electrical and HVAC technicians will handle installation and maintenance tasks, while plumbers will manage piping systems. Painters, tile masons, and gypsum board installers will be responsible for finishing work. Helpers will assist skilled workers with general site tasks.

Requirements

• Valid and transferable Iqama
• Immediate availability for joining
• Relevant diplomas for technical positions where specified
• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic for selected roles
