Job Overview

A well-established Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) company is seeking motivated individuals for a short-term solar project based in Riyadh, with the potential for permanent positions depending on performance. The company is looking to directly hire skilled Electrical Site Supervisors, experienced Solar Technicians, and reliable General Labourers to support its growing operations. This opportunity offers competitive hourly wages along with essential benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and a food allowance.

Positions and Compensation

• Electrical Site Supervisor – SAR 18.50 per hour
• Solar Technician – SAR 13.00 per hour
• General Labourer – SAR 9.50 per hour

The working schedule includes six days per week with shifts lasting between 10 to 12 hours daily.

• Monthly food allowance of SAR 500

Electrical Site Supervisor Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience supervising solar photovoltaic (PV) installations
• Strong expertise in solar site execution, project coordination, and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for documentation and project tracking

Solar Technician Requirements

• Practical experience with on-grid solar PV installations
• Competence in testing, commissioning, and maintaining small-scale solar projects
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintain safety standards on-site

General Labourer Requirements

• Good physical fitness to handle demanding work on construction and solar project sites
• Previous experience in construction or solar projects is advantageous but not mandatory
