Job Overview

We are currently seeking reliable delivery drivers with their own cars to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a competitive salary package along with additional performance-based incentives, making it a rewarding opportunity for motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of orders using your car. The position demands adherence to delivery schedules, following GPS instructions accurately, and maintaining good communication with the dispatch team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary of 600 SAR per month
• Performance bonuses up to 1200 SAR
• Mobile allowance of 100 SAR
• Additional earnings of 7 SAR per order after completing 450 orders monthly with a 100% KPI achievement
• Free accommodation along with complimentary utilities including water, electricity, and internet
• Uniform and medical coverage provided at no extra cost

Requirements

• Applicants should be under 35 years old
• Basic proficiency in English is necessary to read GPS and delivery instructions
• Physically fit and able to work 10 hours per day, six days a week
• Preference given to KSA or Gulf region returnees
• Must possess a valid driving license
• Valid iqama or iqama expired within the last 3 months acceptable
• Applicants with no Huroob (absconding) cases are eligible
• Sponsorship types welcomed include transferable, non-transferable, freelance, and free visa holders

Contract Details

This is a full-time position with a three-year contractual commitment. The contract ensures job stability and provides all essential living amenities covered by the employer.
