We are seeking experienced Headmen to lead sanitary landfill operations in Saudi Arabia. This role requires supervising daily sanitation activities, managing teams, and ensuring efficient landfill management with a focus on safety and environmental standards. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience and a valid driving license. Key Responsibilities

As a Headman, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing sanitation crews during landfill operations. This includes monitoring daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring that all tasks are performed according to established protocols.
You will also inspect landfill activities regularly, identify any potential operational issues, and implement solutions to maintain smooth, long-term functionality of the site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sanitation services or sanitary landfill management.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven skills in team supervision and coordination.
• Self-driven mindset capable of monitoring and evaluating sanitation processes independently.
• Analytical skills to assess operational impacts and make informed decisions to optimize landfill performance.
• Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
