Job Overview

A leading catering company in Riyadh is urgently seeking a General Technician with strong expertise in industrial catering equipment and facilities maintenance. This role focuses on maintaining optimal operation of kitchen systems and infrastructure to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial catering equipment and essential facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, diagnosing problems and implementing effective repair solutions.
• Perform regular inspections of kitchen infrastructure to maintain high standards of functionality and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial catering equipment and general facility maintenance.
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical and structural issues with the ability to resolve problems efficiently.
• Valid KSA driving license is mandatory for mobility and operational support.
• Male candidates below 40 years of age preferred.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama.
