Job Overview

A reputable company based in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to assist in supporting production processes. The role involves managing the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods within the production and warehouse areas. This position requires a reliable individual who can ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials on pallets throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading production materials, transferring raw material pallets from the warehouse to production lines, and moving packaging materials to the designated areas. They will also handle the relocation of finished product pallets from the production line to the national warehouse. Daily pre-operation checks of the forklift, cleaning, charging, and maintenance tasks such as changing batteries and LPG cylinders will also be part of the job. Accurate reporting of the quantity of preform, bottles, closers, and finished product pallets handled is essential. Adherence to all company safety standards and safe driving policies is mandatory.

Requirements

• Valid forklift driving certificate or license.
• At least one year of experience operating electric or LPG forklifts.
• Ability to read and write in English or have basic HSE level knowledge.
• Experience working in a food industry environment is preferred.
• Educational background should be at least a higher secondary certificate or diploma.
• Proficient in Arabic (native level) with good to full professional English skills.
• Familiarity with handling wooden pallets and conducting daily forklift checklists.
• Knowledge of operating electric forklifts with double pallet handling capability.
• Strong understanding of forklift safety requirements and safe driving practices.
• Must hold a transferable Iqama and currently reside inside Saudi Arabia.
