Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Fixed Network Team Lead to oversee and guide our telecom operations in Riyadh. This role involves supervising the fixed network team to ensure smooth installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities aligned with service quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating between technical and operations units while driving team performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Fixed Network Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and manage the fixed network team’s daily activities.
• Monitor and supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Ensure adherence to service quality benchmarks and compliance with SLAs.
• Collaborate closely with operations and technical departments to achieve operational targets.
• Support ongoing improvements in team efficiency and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid HUA TL certification or similar telecom leadership credentials.
• Proven experience working in the Fixed Network or broader telecom sector.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills.
• Experience handling site-related network issues proactively.
• Familiarity with telecom technologies such as TX, DWDM, FTTH, GPON, OSP, and general telecom operations is highly beneficial.
• Practical knowledge of OTDR, VFL, installation procedures, power-up stages, integration, and PATs testing.
