Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced subcontractors specializing in fire fighting pipe installation and ducting work for a large-scale project in Riyadh. This opportunity involves taking complete responsibility for the contract to ensure timely completion as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Subcontractors will be expected to manage the entire scope of fire fighting plumbing installations and ducting tasks. This includes overseeing Final Acceptance Testing (FAT) and coordinating all on-site activities to meet strict deadlines. The project requires working efficiently with provided materials, scaffolding, and lifting equipment such as scissor lifts.

Site Conditions and Safety

The worksite is well-equipped with necessary materials and tools. Safety measures are standard and in place to ensure smooth progress without delays caused by restrictive safety protocols.
