Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Finishing Carpenters and Welding Fabricators to join a reputable factory in Al Kharj. These positions are available on a Kafala sponsorship basis with a standard eight-hour workday and opportunities for daily overtime. The company provides accommodation, iqama, and insurance, while food expenses are the responsibility of the employee.

Key Responsibilities

• For Finishing Carpenters: Complete detailed carpentry tasks to a high standard, ensuring quality finishes and adherence to project specifications.
• For Welding Fabricators: Perform welding and fabrication work following safety standards and technical requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while meeting daily production targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finishing carpentry or welding fabrication roles.
• Ability to work efficiently within a factory setting under supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to work quality.
• Physical capability to handle labor-intensive tasks for extended hours.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges between 2000 SAR and 2200 SAR, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills. Accommodation, iqama (residency permit), and insurance are provided by the employer, ensuring a hassle-free relocation and employment process.

Work Environment

Employees will work in a factory setting located in Al Kharj, with an eight-hour daily shift. Overtime is available regularly for those willing to work additional hours. Food arrangements are self-managed, while other essential needs are supported by the company.
