We are seeking a dedicated Filipino Recruiter to join our recruitment office in Riyadh. This role focuses on local recruitment efforts within Saudi Arabia, offering a stable and rewarding career opportunity for motivated candidates.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for local candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment workflow that meets company standards.

Requirements and Benefits

This full-time position offers an 8-hour workday plus a one-hour break, making a total of 9 hours per day. Candidates will enjoy two days off each week, with Saturday being a working day only if required. The monthly salary ranges from 3,000 SAR to 5,000 SAR, with the final figure negotiated during the interview stage. Additionally, the role includes a 21-day annual vacation and medical insurance coverage to support your well-being.

Contract Terms

This position comes with a direct company sponsorship transfer, allowing for immediate processing. The employment contract is for a duration of two years, providing job security and an opportunity to grow within the organization.
