Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Facility Management Supervisor to oversee daily facility operations, including cleaning, catering, and soft services across multiple client sites in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating with client representatives, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility management activities covering cleaning, catering, and other soft services.
• Manage manpower by creating rosters, tracking attendance, and monitoring team performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives to maintain strong communication and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks while adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience in facility management or soft services within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English to facilitate effective communication.
• Valid transferable Iqama is preferred.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary of SAR 2,500. The work location is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
