Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This position involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining Swimming Pool Systems, Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants, and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). The ideal candidate will ensure optimal water quality, perform routine system maintenance, and uphold safety standards throughout all operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Water Treatment Technician will be responsible for the daily management and upkeep of pool, RO, and sewage treatment systems. This includes conducting regular water quality assessments, managing chemical dosing, performing preventive maintenance on pumps and filters, and keeping detailed logs of operational activities. Troubleshooting system faults and executing minor repairs will also be essential. Strict adherence to safety guidelines, especially regarding chemical handling, is required. In cases of major technical issues, the technician will coordinate with support teams for prompt resolution.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with water treatment systems. Proficiency is expected in at least two areas among Swimming Pools, RO Plants, or Sewage Treatment Plants. A solid understanding of water quality testing procedures, mechanical components such as pumps and filters, and chemical dosing techniques is critical. The ability to interpret basic technical drawings and manuals is also needed. Strong record-keeping and clear reporting skills are important to ensure accurate documentation. Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals is mandatory to maintain workplace safety.
