ONVOG, a leading premium sneaker and lifestyle retailer featuring top brands such as Onitsuka Tiger, Asics, New Balance, and Adidas, is launching a new branch at Granada Mall in Riyadh. We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead this location, driving sales and maintaining exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

As Store Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing daily operations, guiding and motivating the team, and ensuring the branch hits its sales goals. Your role includes managing stock levels and visual merchandising using Odoo POS, handling cash operations, and supervising same-day delivery services within Riyadh. Providing excellent service that aligns with ONVOG’s premium brand standards is also essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management or supervisory roles, preferably within footwear or fashion sectors
• Proven leadership capabilities and a strong track record of meeting sales targets
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management; experience with Odoo is a plus
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
• Transferable iqama (نقل كفالة) is mandatory to be considered

Location and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based at Granada Mall, Riyadh. Salary will be competitive and determined according to experience and qualifications.
