Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Steel Painter with a solid background in industrial steel coating to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience in spray painting steel components within a workshop environment. This role involves preparing, sanding, and cleaning steel surfaces before applying primers, epoxies, and topcoats using advanced spray techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare steel surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and removing any impurities to ensure paint adhesion.
• Mix primers, epoxies, and topcoats accurately, maintaining the correct paint ratios for optimal results.
• Apply coatings using airless or conventional spray guns, ensuring a smooth, even finish.
• Maintain and operate painting equipment with care, ensuring consistent quality and safety standards.
• Follow schedule and work efficiently during the 10-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial steel painting within a controlled workshop environment.
• Thorough understanding of paint mixing techniques and equipment handling.
• Ability to maintain a steady hand and attention to detail for clean, professional finishes.
• Knowledge of safety protocols relating to handling chemicals and painting equipment.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 1400 to 2500 SAR, depending on experience. Additional benefits include housing and transportation, ensuring a comfortable work-life balance and support for your daily commute.
