Key Responsibilities

The Steel Fixer Foreman will oversee and coordinate the work of steel fixers on site, ensuring proper installation and alignment of steel reinforcements according to project specifications. Responsibilities include supervising a team, managing daily operations, and ensuring safety standards are followed throughout the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer Foreman or similar supervisory role
• Valid iqama along with current insurance and medical documents
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with site workers and management

Work Location and Salary

This position is based in Layla, Saudi Arabia. The monthly salary is set at 16 SAR. There are 15 openings available for this role, reflecting a substantial team on this extended project.
