Key Responsibilities

The Plastic Cutting Machine Operator will be responsible for:

• Operating and managing plastic cutting machines based on production demands.
• Setting up, adjusting, and calibrating machines according to material types and job requirements.
• Monitoring the quality and accuracy of each cut to ensure consistency throughout production runs.
• Interpreting production orders, technical drawings, and cutting specifications accurately.
• Performing machine changeovers and loading materials as needed.
• Conducting routine machine checks and troubleshooting minor issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborating with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Following all safety guidelines, quality control measures, and production targets.
• Maintaining detailed production records including machine logs and material usage reports.
• Working closely with the production team to meet daily and monthly goals efficiently.
