Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Metal Works Supervisor to lead and manage fabrication and installation projects involving steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to oversee both workshop and site teams, ensuring top quality workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and timely project completion.

The candidate must hold a valid Saudi driving license to support site visits and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication operations within the workshop and at site locations.
• Lead and manage teams comprising fabricators, welders, installers, and helpers to maintain productivity and quality.
• Interpret and apply shop drawings, fabrication details, and project specifications accurately.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Projects Departments to align production schedules with project timelines.
• Maintain strict quality control by ensuring all fabrication work complies with approved designs and required standards.
• Monitor material consumption carefully to reduce waste and optimize resources.
• Perform thorough quality inspections prior to delivery and installation phases.
• Coordinate precise site measurements and manage installation activities effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive daily reports documenting progress and manpower allocation.
• Enforce all safety practices and company policies consistently across teams.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed.
• Support project managers in meeting project deadlines through proactive supervision and coordination.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in steel fabrication and welding techniques.
• Expertise in stainless steel fabrication and TIG welding procedures.
• Hands-on experience with aluminum fabrication and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with fabricating handrails, balustrades, fences, and gates.
• Competence in handling structural steel works, including aluminum doors and windows fabrication.
• Experience with cladding, architectural metal works, access ladders, and access hatches.
• Sheet metal fabrication skills.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.

Additional Requirements

A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory for this role to facilitate site supervision and coordination activities.
