We are searching for a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Store Keeper / Warehouse Incharge to join a reputable company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, oversee warehouse operations, and ensure smooth materials flow within medical or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing goods while maintaining accurate inventory records. This includes handling receiving invoices, placing orders based on stock levels, monitoring expiry dates, and organizing monthly inventory audits. The role also involves maintaining orderly storage conditions, including temperature control and compliance with safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience specifically in Dental and Dermatology sectors within Saudi Arabia.
• At least 8 years of prior experience in general store management and the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of material control systems and inventory management procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office tools, Dent Tech software, and familiar with social media platforms for communication and coordination.

Qualifications

The applicant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a diploma in Computer Studies, and has completed specialized training programs including preparation of final accounts. Additionally, a certificate in English communication is part of their credentials, ensuring smooth interaction within diverse teams.

Work Environment

This role requires working closely with procurement and operational teams to ensure efficient stock management and timely fulfillment of requisitions. Candidates must be adaptable and prepared to relocate within Saudi Arabia, as needed.
