Job Overview

Crystal Facilities Management (CFM) is seeking a dedicated Male Cleaner of Nepali nationality to join our operations team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various client locations including offices, commercial buildings, residential compounds, retail outlets, and more. The successful candidate will uphold high standards of sanitation while ensuring safety and professionalism on the job.

Key Responsibilities

The Male Cleaner will be responsible for daily upkeep of assigned areas, which includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces such as floors, walls, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Additional duties include managing waste disposal according to established procedures, replenishing supplies like soap and tissue paper, and safely operating cleaning machinery. The role also demands prompt reporting of any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Site Supervisor. Furthermore, the cleaner will assist with deep cleaning projects, move light furniture and equipment as needed, and ensure proper storage of cleaning materials after use.

Required Skills and Competencies

Applicants should possess attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Reliability, punctuality, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Familiarity with cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and health and safety regulations will support success in this role. Basic English communication skills are preferred to facilitate effective interaction with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications and Experience

A high school diploma is preferred, although not mandatory. Previous experience in cleaning within commercial, residential, hospitality, or facilities management sectors will be an advantage. The candidate must be physically fit to perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday. Ability to follow instructions and work independently is important for consistent performance.
