Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of commercial kitchen appliances to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and mixers.
• Diagnose and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of kitchen machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repair reports.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to understand equipment issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience specializing in maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical components.
• Proficiency working with a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances such as ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and mixers.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and provide quick resolutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Requirements

• Applicants must currently live in Saudi Arabia.
