Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC units and components to ensure efficient operation. This role requires hands-on experience with split HVAC systems, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The HVAC Technician will handle a wide range of duties, including:

• Installing, servicing, and repairing split HVAC units and essential parts such as compressors, air handling units (AHUs), fans, belts, filters, thermostats, switches, motors, louvers, relays, controls, heat exchangers, fuses, bearings, valves, gaskets, and more.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems efficiently.
• Performing routine cleaning, adjustments, and preventive maintenance for HVAC equipment.
• Refilling freon gas as needed and detecting & repairing leaks promptly.
• Collaborating with Appliance Technicians to maintain and repair refrigerators, freezers, coolers, cold rooms, freezer rooms, and hood extractors.
• Using tools and spare parts responsibly and ensuring equipment is handled carefully.
• Adhering strictly to safety regulations and reporting any incidents or accidents on site.
• Supervising third-party contractors performing work within the compound.
• Maintaining detailed logs of daily maintenance activities and generating reports as requested.
• Carrying out any additional reasonable tasks delegated by the company.

Requirements

• Must have a transferable iqama.
• Candidates should be of Indian or Filipino nationality.

Compensation

The offered salary package is SAR 2,000 plus an additional SAR 300 allowance.
