Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large housekeeping team to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and maintenance across the property.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures aligning with the hotel’s premium standards.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed hygiene and aesthetic benchmarks crucial to five-star hospitality.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee smooth operational flow and outstanding guest experiences.
• Monitor inventory and manage supplies efficiently to support housekeeping functions.
