Mizan Al Arabia International Co. Ltd. is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to join their restaurant team as Food Runners in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

Food Runners play a critical role in ensuring smooth service by efficiently delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers while maintaining the quality and presentation standards set by the restaurant. They collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to meet guests’ expectations promptly and maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere.

Requirements

The ideal applicant should be a Bangladeshi national aged between 22 and 33 years with at least one year of relevant restaurant experience. A valid Iqama with a minimum of six months validity is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate good communication skills in both English and Arabic, and maintain a smart and presentable appearance. House driver and domestic worker Iqama holders are not eligible to apply.

Working Conditions and Benefits

The position involves working nine-hour shifts daily, including an hour break, for six days each week. The basic salary is SAR 1,100 supplemented by a SAR 200 food allowance. Additional benefits provided by the company include free accommodation, transportation services, and support for Kafala / sponsorship transfer. A SAR 100 food allowance is also granted on the seventh day after joining, adhering to company policies.

Interview Guidelines
