We are seeking a skilled Earthworks Foreman to join a large-scale construction project in Riyadh on a freelance basis. This role is crucial for overseeing earthworks activities and ensuring smooth progress on site. Candidates with relevant experience and a valid Iqama are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The Earthworks Foreman will be responsible for supervising field operations related to excavation, soil stabilization, and grading. The ideal candidate will coordinate with engineers and site managers, oversee the work of earthworks crews, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met throughout the project.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in earthworks and construction site supervision
• Strong knowledge of excavation techniques and equipment
• Ability to lead a team and manage on-site operations effectively
• Valid Iqama permit to work in Saudi Arabia is mandatory
