Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily earthworks operations, managing on-site teams, and ensuring smooth coordination of heavy machinery. Maintaining discipline on site and meeting project deadlines under pressure will be critical to success in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in earthworks and excavation projects
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and site logistics
• Proven ability to lead and supervise labor teams effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
