Job Overview

We are urgently seeking 30 experienced delivery drivers to join our logistics team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers familiar with handling manual transmission vehicles and package delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate manual transmission trucks to deliver packages across designated routes.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments according to company standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for all deliveries and report any issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed monthly shipment targets while adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Iqama and Saudi Arabian driving license.
• Possession of a valid passport and an active Saudi bank account.
• Proven experience in logistics and knowledge of package delivery processes.
• Ability to drive manual transmission large vehicles confidently.
• Preferred nationalities include Pakistani, Indian, and Bangladeshi drivers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of 2200 SAR per month.
• Internet allowance of 100 SAR monthly.
• Monthly target of 900 shipments with incentives of 2.5 SAR per shipment delivered above the target.
• Deduction of 2 SAR per shipment below target to encourage productivity.

Work Schedule and Conditions

The position requires commitment for 28 working days each month. Employees are expected to serve a 30-day notice period prior to resignation, ensuring smooth transitions within the team.
