Job Overview

Ninja is seeking reliable and motivated delivery drivers to join their team in Riyadh. This role offers a competitive basic salary with performance-based incentives for drivers who meet or exceed monthly delivery targets. The position is ideal for experienced drivers committed to timely and efficient order completion while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 460 delivery orders each month to meet the set target.
• Ensure timely acceptance and delivery by accepting at least 95% of assigned orders.
• Work a minimum of 8 hours daily and participate in at least 85% of scheduled working days monthly.
• Maintain delivery performance in line with expected delivery times, achieving at least 85% on-time delivery.
• Wear the official Ninja uniform and utilize company-provided delivery equipment during shifts.
• Adhere to company policies to avoid exceeding two violations per month.

Compensation and Performance Metrics

Drivers will receive a basic monthly salary of SAR 6,000. For each order completed beyond the 460-order target, drivers earn an additional SAR 10 per order. However, if the target is not met, salary adjustments apply as follows:

• 414 to 459 orders: A deduction of SAR 22 per missing order.
• 368 to 413 orders: A deduction of SAR 22.5 per missing order.
• 322 to 367 orders: A deduction of SAR 23 per missing order.
• Below 322 orders: Payment of SAR 10 per completed order without the base salary.

• Ability to commit to an 8-hour workday and maintain consistent attendance.
• Professional appearance and readiness to wear the Ninja-issued uniform and equipment.
• Responsible work ethic with minimal infractions to avoid salary penalties.
