Job Overview

A prominent delivery company in Riyadh is urgently seeking professional and reliable Delivery Car Drivers to join their expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who possess a valid Iqama and have experience driving in the city’s fast-paced food delivery sector.

Key Responsibilities

Drivers will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of food orders across Riyadh. Daily attendance and logging at least 12 hours of online activity is required to meet order targets. Maintaining the company vehicle in good condition and adhering to all traffic regulations is essential. Drivers should be prepared for continuous operations without regular weekends, although emergency leaves may be granted when needed.

Requirements

• Valid Iqama with a minimum of 2–3 months remaining validity
• Transferable Iqama status is mandatory
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license preferred, including Heavy License or Light Transport license
• If a driver does not have a license, company assistance to obtain one through TGA is available

Compensation and Benefits

The company offers a competitive, target-based salary package that rewards performance and dedication:

• Achieving 550 or more daily orders results in a salary of 3,500 SAR plus additional bonuses
• Minimum monthly commitment of 450 orders guarantees 2,600 SAR
• Per-order payment of 10 SAR, with an additional 1 SAR for travel beyond 10 kilometers according to company policy
• Access to multiple delivery platforms including Hungerstation, Keeta, Keemart, Jahez, and Noon.com for freelancers
• Company-provided vehicle with full maintenance included
• Company covers Iqama renewal and sponsorship transfer expenses
• Premium accommodation facilities offered to support comfortable living
• Fully paid vacation of 60 days every 20 months of service

Note: Meal expenses are the responsibility of the employee.

Working Conditions

This role demands consistent daily login for 12 hours; periods below 10 hours will not be considered valid work time. Operations run continuously with no fixed weekend, fitting the demands of an active delivery service environment.
