Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Curioni Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will manage a 5-color automatic printing and vacuum machine combined with a folding unit, ensuring efficient machine operation and superior print quality throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves hands-on operation and management of the Curioni 5-color automatic printing machine, along with vacuum system and folding unit coordination based on production needs. The operator will be responsible for setting up, registering, and fine-tuning machine configurations for each job to guarantee consistent print quality. Using HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems, the operator will control machine functions and implement adjustments as required. Additional duties include performing routine troubleshooting, collaborating with maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety and production standards, maintaining accurate machine logs, and actively contributing to daily production targets as part of the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have proven experience operating printing machines, preferably Curioni or similar equipment, with a solid understanding of machine registration and print quality control. Familiarity with HMI systems and automated machine handling is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent attention to detail, works effectively within a team environment, and thrives under production deadlines while maintaining a strong commitment to quality.
