Key Responsibilities

• Senior Carpenter (Supervisor): Lead and manage carpentry teams on-site and in workshops, oversee project execution involving custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, and interior finishes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Carpenters: Manufacture and install high-quality furniture, wardrobes, and kitchen fittings while maintaining precision and craftsmanship standards.
• Wood Painter / Finisher: Apply staining, polishing, painting, and finishing treatments to wood surfaces to achieve superior aesthetics and durability.
• Electrician: Conduct residential electrical installations, perform maintenance and wiring tasks, handle lighting systems, and troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in furniture manufacturing and interior finishing tasks relevant to each role.
• Strong knowledge of workshop procedures and on-site installation.
• Supervisory experience for the Senior Carpenter to coordinate teams and manage project timelines.
• Proficiency in wood finishing techniques for painters, including staining and polishing.
• Electrical candidates must have hands-on experience in residential wiring, installations, and repairs.
