Job Overview

Ninja Food Delivery is seeking dedicated bike riders to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role offers a solid monthly salary along with attractive bonuses based on performance. Ideal candidates are motivated, have a valid Saudi Arabian motorcycle license, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Compensation and Work Schedule

Riders will earn a base salary of SAR 4,500 per month. If you complete more than 450 delivery orders in a month, you will receive an additional SAR 9 for every extra order. The standard working hours are 11 hours each day, over 27 working days per month.

Note that completing fewer than 315 orders monthly will result in the cancellation of the base salary. Instead, you will be paid SAR 6 for each order delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely deliver food orders to customers across Riyadh.
• Maintain punctuality and meet monthly order targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Keep the delivery vehicle in good condition and comply with traffic regulations.

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle license issued in Saudi Arabia.
• Own a personal motorcycle or be willing to use a company-provided bike.
• Ability to work 11 hours daily, 27 days a month.
• Strong time management skills and reliability.
