Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AC & Refrigeration Technician with over five years of hands-on experience specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This role demands an individual who can work independently to diagnose and resolve a variety of electrical and mechanical issues across different cooling technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a range of refrigeration and air conditioning units, including split, window, and central AC systems, as well as refrigerators and freezers. Duties include identifying faults, performing repairs, conducting refrigerant gas charging, detecting leaks, and managing compressor maintenance. Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients during service visits are also essential parts of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in repairing and maintaining AC and refrigeration equipment.
• Strong knowledge of various air conditioning systems such as split, window, and central units.
• Expertise in repairing refrigeration appliances including refrigerators and freezers.
• Ability to diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
• Proficiency in refrigerant gas charging, leak detection, and compressor repair techniques.
• Self-motivated and able to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
• Reliability, honesty, and professional conduct are mandatory.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires hands-on technical expertise in field service environments. The technician will frequently travel to client locations for maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.
