Job Overview

Space Event Rentals is seeking a skilled Event Site Crew Leader to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with at least two years of experience managing event installation projects within the Kingdom. The Site Crew Leader will be responsible for overseeing the team on-site to ensure seamless event setup, adherence to project specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Crew Leader will take charge of all onsite activities, ensuring a smooth execution from installation to dismantling. Core duties include:

• Leading and supervising the site team during event installation and removal phases
• Organizing and scheduling on-site work to meet deadlines and company expectations
• Ensuring installations meet approved project designs and quality benchmarks
• Representing the company in client interactions with professionalism and clear communication
• Enforcing safety protocols, uniform standards, and proper equipment handling among crew members
• Safeguarding company assets and client property throughout transport and installation processes
• Liaising with operations and warehouse teams to coordinate project logistics and update progress
• Maintaining thorough project documentation, securing client approvals, and submitting detailed completion reports
• Providing hands-on training and guidance to improve team performance and discipline
• Supporting warehouse and general operations when no active site projects are assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership and technical skills, supported by practical experience. Requirements include:

• At least two years of experience leading installation or event setup teams in Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency with installation tools and event construction equipment
• Effective planning, problem-solving abilities, and resilience under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with a client-facing mindset and professional demeanor
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Malayalam, or Hindi is advantageous
• Physical fitness and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama for employment eligibility
