Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise electrical projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical systems, including load calculations, control panel wiring, and site supervision. This role demands a strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to manage a team of electrical technicians effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate electrical load calculations to ensure systems meet operational requirements.
• Supervise control panel termination and wiring activities.
• Oversee conduit installation and panel board wiring, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical panels and resolve wiring issues promptly.
• Select appropriate electrical protection devices such as MCBs and breakers.
• Interpret electrical drawings and schematics to guide installation and maintenance tasks.
• Manage on-site personnel and coordinate daily electrical work activities to maintain project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in various electrical works with a minimum number of years specified by employer.
• Strong leadership ability to direct and motivate a team of electricians and technicians.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices applicable to construction sites.
• Ability to read and understand complex electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
