Silverlines Trading Co is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced E-Commerce Assistant to enhance our growing operations based in Sulai, Riyadh. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, marketplace management, and order processing. Key Responsibilities

The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the daily e-commerce activities, ensuring seamless order management and product updates. Core duties include:

• Handling day-to-day e-commerce orders, processing, and operational workflow.
• Maintaining and updating product listings, including prices, stock availability, and detailed product information.
• Monitoring sales transactions, returns, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinating with online marketplaces and internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Generating daily sales and performance reports to track e-commerce success.
• Following up on customer orders and addressing marketplace-related concerns promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with various online marketplaces and e-commerce platform functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of product listing techniques, order processing, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and other MS Office applications for reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong coordination abilities.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Riyadh.
