We are urgently seeking a skilled Courier Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a proactive individual with hands-on experience in courier logistics management, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As a Courier Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee daily courier operations, coordinate delivery schedules, and manage the team to maintain high service levels. You will also monitor performance, address operational challenges promptly, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in courier logistics supervision is essential.
• Familiarity with delivery platforms such as Jahez and HungerStation is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage and motivate a courier team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid Iqama with First Transfer eligibility to apply for this position.
