Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Cost Controller to join a prestigious luxury restaurant team based in Riyadh. This role is critical in managing and controlling food, labor, and operational expenses to support effective financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

The Cost Controller will be responsible for preparing detailed cost reports and conducting variance analyses using Foodics and other financial management tools. The role involves close collaboration with restaurant managers and procurement teams to monitor expenses, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and assist in accurate budgeting and forecasting.

Work Schedule and Contract Details

The position requires a commitment of 8 working hours plus a 1-hour break, totaling 9 hours per day, with one day off each week. Contracts are available for either one or two years and include direct company sponsorship transfers processed promptly.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between 4,000 SAR and 5,000 SAR, negotiable during the interview. Benefits include 21 days of annual leave and comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
