Job Overview

We are urgently seeking three experienced Site Commissioning Managers for a one-year contract based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity involves leading the commissioning of advanced automation systems at Renewable Solar PV project sites across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern regions.

The role focuses on overseeing the installation and commissioning of critical systems such as SCADA, Power Plant Controllers, Field Remote Input/Output cabinets, Metering Data Acquisition Systems, and Plant Accounting Settlement Systems. Ensuring compliance with grid codes and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the commissioning process is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities for automation systems on-site, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate closely with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline execution.
• Supervise and guide field testing procedures, resolving technical challenges as they arise.
• Verify system performance meets grid code requirements and project contractual obligations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in commissioning automation systems within power plants, particularly related to Renewable Solar PV projects.
• Strong understanding of SCADA, Power Plant Controllers, RIO cabinets, and associated metering systems.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and work effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Deep knowledge of grid code compliance and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.
