Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Coating Applicators (Spray Painters) and Abrasive Blasters to join a reputable group based in Dammam. These positions offer a competitive salary range from 1800 to 2400 SAR, along with company-provided housing and transportation. Candidates will be working both at the main location in Dammam and various project sites.

Key Responsibilities

As a Coating Applicator, your main duties will include surface preparation, application of protective coatings, and ensuring the highest standard of paint finishes according to project specifications. Abrasive Blasters will be responsible for cleaning and preparing surfaces by removing rust, paint, and other contaminants using abrasive blasting equipment.

Working Hours and Conditions

The standard duty hours run from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday, in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s workweek. Overtime will be compensated in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. For those working on-site, a daily food allowance is provided. After completing one year of service, employees are entitled to 30 days of vacation plus a return ticket.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience within Saudi Arabia, particularly for non-Saudi candidates to facilitate local transfer.
• Experience in applying coatings or abrasive blasting techniques is essential.
• Ability to work on various sites, adapting to different work environments and project needs.
