Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will manage various aspects of cargo operations including handling shipment documentation, following up on shipments, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. Being adept at customer service and maintaining accurate records will be essential to successfully support daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Hindi for effective communication
• Basic computer skills including handling documentation and data entry
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Organized, responsible, and punctual work ethic
