Job Overview

We are currently looking for a dependable and diligent Building Watchman and Cleaner to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves maintaining the security and cleanliness of a building while ensuring the premises are well cared for at all times. The position requires the candidate to be on individual sponsorship and willing to complete a probation period before a sponsorship transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure the building premises, ensuring safety and preventing unauthorized access.
• Perform regular cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or incidents to the relevant authorities or building management.
• Carry out caretaker responsibilities to keep the premises neat and orderly.

Requirements

• Age between 20 and 45 years old.
• Fluent in Arabic to communicate effectively with residents and management.
• Currently under Individual Sponsorship (Kafala Fardiah) with willingness to transfer sponsorship to the property owner after a one-month probation period.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and physically fit to handle the responsibilities of the role.

Salary and Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,200 to 1,500 SAR, depending on experience and qualifications. Further benefits and working conditions will be discussed during the hiring process.
