Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled BMS Operator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This urgent opening offers a competitive monthly salary of 3500 SAR and requires candidates to work a shift of 11+1 hours. Ideal applicants will have prior experience in managing Building Management Systems and a background in facility management is highly desirable. Immediate joiners with transferable Iqama are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the BMS Operator will be to efficiently monitor and control building systems to ensure smooth operation and safety. This includes overseeing HVAC, lighting, and other automated building controls to maintain an optimal environment within the facility. The operator will also be expected to coordinate with maintenance teams and respond promptly to any system alerts or malfunctions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working as a BMS Operator.
• Familiarity with facility management practices is an advantage.
• Ability to operate Building Management Systems effectively and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with technical and maintenance staff.
