Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Batching Plant Operator to join a reputable Ready-Mix company located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in operating batching plants and a minimum of seven years’ experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

The Batching Plant Operator will be responsible for managing the operations of the batching plant efficiently and safely. This includes overseeing the mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of the concrete, conducting regular equipment checks, maintaining accurate production records, and coordinating with other team members to meet production targets.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Ready-Mix concrete plants.
• Strong knowledge of batching plant operations and machinery.
• Ability to monitor and control plant equipment and processes effectively.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards within the concrete production industry.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
