ATCONS is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join a reputable client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional to oversee and optimize warehouse operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and a hands-on approach to managing warehouse management systems and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising large teams and ensuring smooth, efficient warehouse processes. Responsibilities include overseeing daily warehouse activities, maintaining accurate inventory controls, and implementing best practices to improve overall operational efficiency. The role demands close monitoring of warehouse KPIs such as 5S compliance, delivery in full on time (DIFOT), inventory accuracy, and dock-to-stock cycle times.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience managing warehouse operations, ideally handling multiple sites.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams of 200 or more personnel.
• Practical familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM).
• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse key performance indicators and established industry best practices such as 5S methodology, DIFOT, inventory performance, and dock-to-stock efficiency.
• Proficiency in Arabic communication is preferred to facilitate effective coordination within the local environment.
