Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Anodizing Technicians to join our team in Riyadh. This urgent hiring is open to male candidates from India and Pakistan. The openings require individuals capable of managing surface treatment operations independently, ensuring smooth production activities in electroplating, anodizing, and painting processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Anodizing Technician will be responsible for overseeing surface treatment shops and performing daily production activities. This includes:

• Carrying out surface pre-treatment methods such as degreasing, masking, mechanical cleaning, and raking
• Handling specialized processes including electroplating, anodizing, chemical conversion, and painting
• Executing electroplating using chrome, nickel, cadmium, silver, and copper
• Managing anodizing processes involving chromic acid, sulfuric acid, hard anodizing, and phosphoric acid
• Applying chemical conversion treatments like alodine, magnesium chromate, black oxide, and phosphating
• Performing painting operations such as topcoats, aluminum coatings (Serme Tel), primers, and solid/dry film lubricants
• Conducting post-treatment procedures including passivation, sealing, and dyeing
• Inspecting incoming and outgoing products with visual checks and measurement tools
• Assisting in the preparation, replenishment, and cleaning of surface treatment vats
• Supporting wastewater treatment efforts as needed
• Following process instructions and technical orders accurately

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience with electroplating, anodizing, chemical conversion, and painting processes
• Ability to independently manage surface treatment operations efficiently
• Familiarity with utility systems such as water purification and wastewater treatment
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspections using measuring instruments
• Ability to work safely and adhere to technical procedures
• Good communication skills for following instructions and collaborating with team members

Work Environment

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with face-to-face interviews scheduled locally. Successful candidates will work in a production environment that demands precision and adherence to technical standards.
