A logistics company located in Dammam in looking for a Sea Freight Coordinator

Job description
About the role:
Manage end-to-end sea freight operations, from booking cargo to final delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and logistics partners regarding sea freight inquiries.
Monitor supply chains and maintain accurate shipment records.

Key responsibilities:
Negotiate and book cargo space with shipping lines.
Complete and manage all required shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant customs regulations and international shipping laws.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients.
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.
Address and resolve any logistical challenges or errors that occur during transit.

Qualifications:
Experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
