We are seeking a dedicated Air and Sea Shipping Coordinator to join a reputable logistics company based in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in managing the complete shipping process, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, shipping lines, and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will oversee sea freight operations while maintaining high standards for shipment accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end sea freight operations, including booking cargo and ensuring successful delivery to the final destination. Acting as the main liaison, you will communicate effectively with clients and logistics partners, monitor supply chains, and maintain detailed shipment records. Core duties include:

• Negotiating and securing cargo space with shipping lines
• Preparing and handling essential shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international maritime laws
• Tracking and providing timely shipment updates to clients
• Collaborating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other logistical stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving any transit-related logistical challenges swiftly

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a strong background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management, along with a solid understanding of shipping regulations and customs procedures. Key qualifications include:

• Proven experience in freight coordination or a related logistics role
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
